Some of the player contracts show their upcoming qualifying offers as part of their contracts and other do not. Which way are we going in this league? Also, will they truly be qualifying offers if the deal existed before the snake draft?

if i'm not wrong the site i used for it was updated to current time. I'm going to use this table as it is. If the player has QO next season he'll be RFA this summer (for example Brandon Jennings)
