1) Wolves - PF Charles Barkley - Hunerman might have the most obvious pick we ever see in FRSL. Positional needs do not matter. Best player available is looking him straight in the eyes. Boozer and Sanders are decent but expendable players. Barkley has true hall-of-fame potential.
2) Kings - SG Rolando Blackman - Tim already has a tough decision, here. I don't see a center-eligible guy on the board worthy of a selection this early. What I do see, though, is a deadly scorer who would fit absolutely perfectly alongside Iggy and the Blake show. 3) 76ers - SG/SF Charlie Scott - Nooby could really use a wing player who could put up at least 20 points a game. It's just a shame Blackman is off the board. Scott could wind up being that player for the Sixers, though. He's not going to impress anyone with his defense, but neither are the two guys ahead of him in this mock. 4) Colonels - PF Loy Vaught - scdn's team has nice young pieces in place at PG and on the wings. Monroe could really use a great defender by his side to round out that line-up. Unfortunately, I don't see any guaranteed FRSL starters in this draft at the PF/C position. Vaught will get you some solid rebounding numbers and some blocked shots immediately, but he could also develop into a nice offensive player some time down the road. 5) Hawks - SF/SG James Posey - jck needs to plug a defensive wing player between Wall and Melo on the perimeter. The best overall defensive wing might just fall to him at this spot in the draft. Posey probably won't ever light up the scoreboard, but he will guard the opponent's best wing so that Melo can. 6) Clippers - PG Greg Anthony - Willy doesn't really have any gaping holes in his line-up, and it's a good thing because there might not really be any hole-fillers left in this draft. Pause. I know PG isn't a position of need for the Clippers. I just think BPA would be pretty obvious at this juncture if the draft plays out like is has so far in this mock. 7) Magic - PF Terry Cummings - Roturn will probably just go best available again, here. Cummings isn't really much of a shot-blocker and his rebounding will need to improve, but he's a stout interior defender who can put up points in the right system. 8) Nets - SF/SG Eddie Johnson - More than anything else, Jay seems to need a second scorer to pair with Rose. Johnson has the potential to provide that type of production along with some solid passing skills for a wing player. He might just wind up being a starter by the end of the season.

Re: RWE's 2013 Mock Draft v1.0 (lottery)
Will have to verify with scouting, but doubt I'm reaching for the Loy Vaught Club.

I haven't even fleshed out the whole first round, yet.
