Jazz receives: Thadd Young , Jonas Valunciunas , Johan Petro , Beno Udrih , Hamed Haddadi.

Raptors trades: Thadd Young , Jonas Valunciunas , Johan Petro , Beno Udrih , Hamed Haddadi.
Raptros receives: Paul Millsap , Tyson Chandler.

* Raptors alos gets the right to swap picks with the Jazz in 2013 , 2015 and 2017.

Deal is official.

talks regarding this trade started immediately after the first SIM. RWE is a good GM and negotiator, it was fun. I believe we both got what wanted, even though it was a tough trade to do. Good luck RWE

The Jazz are obviously taking a big chance here. This trade gives New Orleans basically the youngest core of players in the league. If Lawson/Jennings/Thad/Brow/JV develop as I hope they will, we could have a perennial contender. If they regress, we could go the other way entirely... and fall lower in 3 of the next 5 drafts.

What it boils down to is that I have always managed to win the championship every single season I've played in a JSB sim. This time, I'm going to try to actually build a foundation for the future with youth and cap space (if not ever any high draft picks). It's a new challenge.

To be honest I came in here, expecting AllRim to get raped. But that's not the case, good trade, Sir. The future looks bright for the Jazz though.

I see how you got that from what I wrote. I didn't realize I was being ambiguous.

I meant that I manage my team with winning the championship as my only goal every single season.

Pretty even trade. Playoffs should be very close even in round 1 with the way teams are now.

That's what I thought too, but AllRim is improving... maybe. Only thing holding him back is that Amare contract at this point.

And when you mentioned RWE and u were close to a trade, I was really anxious to see how he made you his white girl from Boulder, Colorado. But then well... Rondo, JJ, Milsap, Amare, Chandler lineup scares the crap out of me...

two things i learn from this trade:

Negotiations between Allrim and myself went on for several days. This trade went through about 12 or 15 iterations before we got to the deal you see before you now. Neither of us short-changed our teams.
