Colonels trades: Goran Dragic, Harrison Barnes, Alec Burks.
Colonels receives: Paul Pierce.

Raptors trades: Paul Pierce.
Raptors receives: Goran Dragic, Harrison Barnes, Alec Burks.

Deal is official.

i dont know what the hell is going on these days. i thought allrim was in win now mode with the milsap signing but then he trades two vets for prospects. they are good prospects. b

i guess allrim wins.

Arguably, he did make his team better for the short term and long term. He replaced Jerryd Bayless with Kemba, which is a clear upgrade. The truth was set free but he got a very nice player in Harrison Barnes on a rookie contract to replace him. Pierce is in his mid 30's and there was no way he could have re-signed Pierce with his previous cap situation. Chandler was a big loss, but I feel they got a good return for him too. I really like what the Colonels are doing. Sessions/Liliard/Pierce/Monroe/Gasol with Waiters off the bench and they unloaded Dragic. Sick offseason by them.
