Troy Murphy / MIP

He is doing sick 17 rebounds a game tonight. He ain't gettin no love. He is like averageing 11 and 10. he reminds me of a more athletic Dan Issel.

How nasty is my man TMurph?

I've been saying it for a long time, Troy Murphy is a very good player. THe Warriors are really pushing for most improved player.

I think this game is his 18th double-double of the game. Good job Murph. He's averaging a double double and I think he's the only player (maybe foward) averaging 5 pts and 5 rebs more than he did last season. That's pretty impressive. THe only knock I can see against him is that he is not consistent enough. But if they leave him in for 35 mins or more, he'll be a force. His worst games are when Musselman yanks him.

The Warriors, even though I've never really had a favorite NBA team, are one of my favorites now. These last few games have been a great stretch for them and the season is still very young.

Troy Murphy is having a great season and I can't believe people wanted to trade him last year.

I wish Murphy wouldn't take that baseline jumper all the time though.

he needs to get down on the block and improve or he really won't help the team get that far as a starter. PF's have to have some post up game.

Petraeus recently said: "There has to be absolute unity of purpose, unity of effort, even if there cannot be and will not be unity of command."
