The draft is over. Who's our coach?

oK, Now that the draft is over and we know who most of the important new guys are, we still dont know who the coach is. I think it's highly unlikely the Dunleavy Sr is headed to town but who do you guys think is the next W's coach/scapegoat?

I am hoping it gets figured out soon.

I'd like to keep Winters.

I wouldn't mind keeping him around as an assistant like he was before but I dont see the players giving him any respect..Maybe the rookies will be different but he couldn't make them play a lick of defense last year. They win at least 10 15 more games with tough defense dont you think caffeine? I like winters as far as the offense goes...

I disagree. The players actually respect Winters-somehting that previous coaches failed to do. He's not a mastermind but he is a good coach. Only time I would ever change the coach is if Pat Riley or some other high profile coach is on the market.

I agree with that caff, ....unless you can land a superstar coach, winters will do.

Come on, you guys don't think that Big Poppa Dunleavy is not part of the package. The only way it won't happen immediately is because the organization wouldn't want to cause animosity between Jr and the other players off the bat. But, I'll say give it a little time, maybe mid-season, and you'll see what others around the league was already expecting.

Well, you already got junior on the team, so why not add senior? I think Dunleavy is a good coach, just not with the thugs in Portland. I think he would be an excellent choice....

I'd hate to see Dunleavy favor his own son on his team and throw the team chemistry off. Not like there is any team chemistry. I think Jamison and Co. will get jealous of Dunleavy's superior treatment.

Dunleavy Sr is a good coach but the nepitism(sp) thing might be strange. I just hope it is resolved soon.
