Best backcourt
I think JRich and BD will be the best backcourt in the NBA, and tough to beat at home this is playoff year warriorfans. since 1994 that curse will end this year.
If the Warriors can win two playoffs series maybe championship but have to win a playoff series first to go that far I know. I'll still say it 2006 NBA Champions GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS!!!

Re: Best backcourt
Your sig says to win an NBA title requires defense.
You have no players who have done such.
Infact all you got a chance of winning is the slam dunk title, and scoring title.
And even those are slim.

Re: Best backcourt
At least half of those, you can't even consider them a backcourt.

Re: Best backcourt
Looking at the poll options, I think he meant best combo.

Re: Best backcourt
Iverson and Iguodala is the most sufficent Back Court period, without those 2 along side Webber and Dalembert, and man your post would actually contain some sense.

Re: Best backcourt
The 76er fan is right. None of these backcourts are good defenders.

Re: Best backcourt
That Nash/Stoudemire combo is pretty tough. Nash is the reigning MVP and Amare is a beast.

Re: Best backcourt
If you're talking about best COMBO, and not best backcourt, then it's gotta be the championship combo of Duncan and Ginobili. Even Nash & Amare, as talented as they are, can't compete with that.

Re: Best backcourt
Ginobili is overhyped. He is not nearly the player Nash is, while Amare will be an absolute beast this year (not quite as good as Duncan though).

hell no r they the best. AI is great and everything, but iggy(i think thats wat every1 calls him here on this site.) is still developing. hes good on d and dunking, but everything else isnt well polished.
and even though iggy's D is good, VC owned him by scorin over 40(i think it was 46 pts).
and any athletic sg like Jrich and VC is better than him.iverson i will not argue b/c i respect him A LOT,iggy doesnt help the sixers so much to the point of being part of the BEST BACKCOURT IN THE LEAGUE TODAY.sayin the AI/iggy backcourt is the best backcourt is a huge overstatement when combos like BD/Jrich and kidd/ VC r there to play.
PS: is this thread best backcourt, b/c last time i checked, amare was a pf/c.
