I think Baron has a better chance, simply because he's been an All-Star before and has better name recognition. But even Baron will have trouble being an All-Star this year if the current voting keeps up.

Fans only vote in the starting 5. They'll take the top 2 guards regardless of PG or SG status. If any of those guys are injured come All-Star weekend then they take the guard with the next highest amount of votes. The reserves will be chosen by coaches and assistant coaches as i understand it, meaning that our guys may still get a shot at the roster.

IMO Baron has a better chance to make it since he is widely credited for the Warriors turnaround this season. But i also think that JRich is more deserving of a spot on the team for his improved play and his regard around the league as a talented player.
