Re: Warriors @ Nets (12/18)
Let me preface this by saying that Jim Barnett is, unbiasly, one of the best color guys in the NBA. I've been in SoCal for the better part of 12 year now, and I've seen a full gamut of color guys, locally and nationally, from washed-up (Stu Lantz, Lakers) to entertaining (Bill Walton, Clippers--BEFORE he went national).
I say that because Jim mentioned (during the Toronto game) that the first game of a road trip like the one the W's are currently on can often dictate the tempo/mood of the entire road trip.
Combined that with the spacing of these games (of the 5 games, only one back-to-back), and I think the W's will have a very successful trip.
Among these successes will be vs. the Nets. An inconsistent team, the Nets are only 5-6 at home. Granted, they just beat a good Nuggets team, but before that had lost at home to the Bobcats (which isn't to say the Bobcats are terrible, but New Jersey ought to win that game).
I know it's damn near been 10 years since we've won in New Jersey. Why not tonight? W's are learning how to win on the road in general. The bench is stepping up. I see an up-and-down game, with the Warriors prevailing in the end.

Nets 105

Re: Warriors @ Nets (12/18)
Blowout from a team we beat earlier this season.
Easily the worst game of the season so far.
