Re: Game #74: Warriors (34-39) vs Grizzlies (19-55)
6.6 seconds left, W's up by 6. I don't want to know if they lose this game.
Looking at the stats, Stephen Jackson with 9 assists--this guy is as valuable as anyone when it comes to the success of this team. The vision and passing of S-Jax brings a good balance on the offensive end. Teams can't merely focus on Baron in half-court sets when Stephen can dish effectively as well from the 3.
Frightening as it is, the W's have to depend on his play to get them into the playoffs. Hopefully he AND Baron can keep cooler heads throughout the rest of the season.

And I've got tickets to the Clippers/Lakers game on Wednesday. To think, I might actually be rooting for the Lakers....

Re: Game #74: Warriors (34-39) vs Grizzlies (19-55)
the reason the warriors won....we had 39 assists. I didnt watch the game but normally when u have 39 assists as a team u work the ball around and share the ball. Great Win!

Baron Davis ejected in first quarter for Warriors
April 1, 2007
OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- Golden State Warriors star point guard Baron Davis was ejected Sunday after receiving a pair of technical fouls for arguing late in the first quarter against the Memphis Grizzlies.
After scoring on a breakaway layup, Davis was called for the first technical by Tony Brown on the defensive end with 1:22 left in the first quarter. It was not clear what Davis was arguing about, but he could have been asking for a foul on his layup the previous trip.

It wasn;t easy victory, but very important... Warriors still fights fors 8 th spot... Baron should play more calmly...

I can feel your happiness when you talk about S-Jax, since Dunleavy was shipped away in this Indy-GS trade.
And good luck to this team. I hope to see GS in this playoffs...
