This is bad news for the Warriors. But it will be interesting to see what the starting 5 will be for the first 7 games. This could be a big opitunity for Marco Belinelli. But I don't think Belinelli will start for all those 7 games. As you know, Nellie likes to mix up the lineup a bit.

Hopefully Jackson comes back from the 7 game suspension and puts up good numbers for the Warriors.

Those were my thoughts exactly when I heard news of Jackson's suspension. I agree - Belinelli probably won't start all those games (although I can see a starting line up featuring Baron at the point, Monta at the 2, and Marco playing SF).

Jackson's saying the right things, though. Granted, through a statement released by the W's.

"Additionally, I apologize to my teammates, our fans, our ownership and the NBA for the negativity this has created and the poor example that I set."
