There's a couple things I'm looking for in this matchup:

Bounceback game for Diddy. The Pistons wouldn't let our perimeter do ANYTHING yesterday and we got creamed because of it. On the Grizzlies side of things Rudy Gay is about as dynamic as any young player in the league imo and I like watching him although he seems awfully lazy on the glass. He's fun when he has space to work so I hope we don't give him much. Due to the Gasol injury Hakim Warrick will get more PT. Those who are college basketball fans like me probably are fans of his, not sure anybody who strictly watches the NBA has interest in him but I think he could still be a very good player.

Defensive Notes: These are the two worst teams in the NBA in terms of PPGA.

Injury Notes: Pau Gasol has a jammed toe and may be out for a week, making a big difference in interior defense for the Grizzlies.

Jax' comments on the Pistons debacle

Last game against the Pistons was horrible. Although it was good to see B-Wright getting some playing time. He did pretty well too, scoring a career high 10 points. Davis barley played, which means he should be super ready to play this game.

Who we have to watch out for? Mike Miller! Dude hit like 18 three's against us in 2 games combined!His a Warrior killer. Also, this rookie Navarro looks like his a very good player. Don't leave him open on the 3 point line, otherwise he'll punish you.

End of the day, the Warriors have a more talented team on their roster. We should be able to win this game. Lets see how it turns out.

gays' been killing us as i feared he would. And the bird man is havin' a nice game. The Grizz have a ton of athletic talent that I just cant figure out how it hasn't translated to a better team.

Warriors win 125-117.

4th quarter was a bit sloppy, but at least we got the win.

Jackson played sensational! 28 points, 12 boards and 5 assists to go along with 2 steals and a block. Also, Baron & Ellis has solid games, Davis had 22/4/8 and Ellis had 23/5/3. Harringtons shot wasn't falling, but he had some nice drives including some flashy dunks.

1-1 so far this road-trip, we need to stay above .500 next 3 games.
