Zurich Classic

Been watching this a bunch on the Golf Channel on my days off, and I'm surprised I didn't hear more about the restoration of a course in New Orleans that was hit by Katrina. I guess they had to cancel last year's tournament. From what I'm seeing, the course is in real nice shape, I'm enjoying it.

Re: Zurich Classic

They did play last year's tournament, but they had to play it at a different course. Instead of the TPC of Lousiana, they moved it back to the course that the event was played on before 2005--The English Turn Golf & Country Club. The event did stay in New Orlean's, it just switched back to the older course for the year. Also, they did mention the restoration of the course a good few times, but obviously, it wouldn't make sense to dedicate the whole 4 days to it.
