That's not even close to being true.
Read my original post. This forum was very active for a strong period of time. Look back at the history and you'll see... if you're even smart enough to figure it out.

Re: why is there a golf forum?
I don't like people insulting the golf forum when I put a lot of work into its creation. You or him wouldn't understand cause you're new to this site.

Unfortunately none, I've had a few that hit the pin and drop a few inches away, but none yet.

Re: why is there a golf forum?
I'm terrible at golf.
Much harder than it looks on TV, that's for sure.
I think I'll stick to miniature golfing.

Re: why is there a golf forum?
Gosh, we could have a tennis forum after the Roger vs Rafa bout hahahaha. Naaa, don't think that's gonna happen.
What makes golf so dam hard is just being consistent. I could be shooting in the 80s if it wasn't because I mi**** every 2nd iron shot, or slice every drive to the cart path, or having to 3 putt every hole. Jeez hahahahah.

Re: why is there a golf forum?
I love playing golf myself. The consistency is my biggest problem. I used to have a really bad slice, but learned that the problem was I was trying to crush the ball. Once I learned to slow my swing down my drive got much straighter. Of course now I have to figure out how to get back the power I've lost by slowing down my swing.

Re: why is there a golf forum?
You will hit it further using the right technique rather than trying to kill the ball. If you can work on hitting the sweet spot distance will be the byproduct. My longest drive ever (365yd) it barley felt like I hit it or really powered thru the hitting zone at all.
If you ever go to a PGA tour event (i have) it barley looks like they are trying at all. ALL about technique.
