Could you make me a Dahntay Jones avatar with the background similar to your current avatar, only with the Memphis bear-logo and colors?

I need the text to say "You're Getting Dahntayed!" or "You're Next!" Whichever fits the best. For the picture, I need at least Jones's torso and up, so you can see his number.

Here's the pic:
