I just got back from a high school game featuring Demond "Tweety" Carter. It was the first time I got to see Carter drain three's on someone other than me and my teamates.

His height is scaring college teams all over but he has something special.
He scored 44 pts in the game and made 10 three's. His court vision is great and his handles are above average. He's so quick and just plays within his game. I think he only had 2 turnovers and he is the primary ball handler on an average high school team. Some people dont count the intangibles but he is quite frankly a winner and is very professional and has great mental toughness. He was really spectacular and if he stays with Baylor the Bears will be getting a great PG that many will regret not taking a better look at.
I dont know why LSU is letting this kid run out of state. I think they could be tired of undersized guards because both of their guards in Darell Mitchell and Tack Minor are 5'10, and thats understandable. LSU will regret not taking a harder look at Demond Carter.
Just remember that name for me when Big 12 play starts in 2006.
