My vote goes to Tyreke Evans as long as he stays out of trouble. His game is tailor-made for the NBA. He will have a career that consists of around 5-10 all-star appearances and possibly an MVP.

IM not really sure eventhough evans is my favorite in this class its hard to translate his game to the nba. He is some what like jamal crawford but a better one on one player. Im not voting cause im not sure but I would have to go with jrue or bj. Jrue plays good defense and is a big guard that does a lot of things right. Bj HAS to be a star in the Nba he is athletic a legit 7''1 and has good skills that will only get better with hard work.

Monroe im not sure about because he reminds mne of josh mcroberts

Did you steal that from me????? I totally agree and have said that for some time. The guy looks soft, but I haven't seen him play in a lot of games, so I won't act like an expert on him.

I went with Holiday. He looks like a man amongst boys out there.

Holiday would have been my choice if it wasn't for Evans. Holiday can do it all but he isn't as big as Tyreke.

Tyreke Evans. That kid keeps his nose clean and he just has those intangibles that not alot of people have.

Brandon Jennings really impressed me... I think MJ Mullens will find a starting Center position in the league for a long time, but its hard to get a sense how good a big man is in an All-Star game, and thats the only place i've seen him.

Re: What Current High School Player ('08 class) will be the best NBA player?

Definitely not Tyreke Evans. His game screams I need the ball all the time. Here's the problem, on the pro level he's simply not quick enough or good enough to have that kind of ball stopping/domination in his repertoire. I pick Greg Monroe or Demar Derozan. Monroe because he's gonna get a basketball education at Georgetown that will make him a well rounded big man and Derozan because he has the kind of talent to put it all together and be a high wire act. Other than that, this class is not filled with future NBA all-stars like that.

2009 is a different story.
