It's only fair to compare the lastest two albums by these two former Westside Connection vets. Cube has always been a political gangster rapper but his latest opus attempts more towards bumping in the trunk than stimulating thought. Meanwhile Mack 10's last cd also bumps pretty hard in the trunk as well. Yea, yea, most everyone says Mack 10 is wack as a rapper but he did a decent job on his last cd and the beats are hitting. Cube however, who many hail as the G.o.a.T of the westside, didn't really impress me on the lyrical tip. Although, he as some banging tracks as well.
Who wins the war? Currently, I'm undecided. But if beats alone decided it then it would definately be Mack Dime.
