6-0 point guard Brandon Morris of Iowa Western averaged 6.6 points, 3.1 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game as a freshman as the Reivers went 22-9 last year and played in the first round of the Region XI playoffs. He shot 46.3% from the field, 37.8% from three-point range and 82.9% from the free throw line. He stepped up his game in conference play, averaging 11 points and seven assists. He was an Iowa Junior College Conference honorable mention selection. Morris is a true point guard who looks to pass first. He attended Kenosha (WI) St. Joseph.
