Dealing with Kobe has made poor Rudy hit the bottle again.

i want him to coach the houston rockets.
I would like to see a better offense. Remember how good Yao's passing was when he was with Rudy T.

Rudy will never coach the Rockets again, but he will probably take a job in the front office as a scout.

I was pretty shocked when I first heard, but wouldn't mind Rudy coming back as an affiliate with the Rockets. I really think it has more to do with the Lakers than health concerns, he would do a good job away from the pressure and limelight that is a head coach. Let's hope he takes it easy on the JD.

Speaking of this, I read somewhere that Kermit Washington was named head coach of a college team. Who knows?
Anywho, I never got used to Rudy as a Laker anyway...
