That's not a case of someone eating their words, it's a case of someone not even trying to come up with factual journalism. yao was greater statistically and more of a presence than smits in his 2ND SEASON.

Spurs ARE a better team than the Rockets...I mean, they are the defending champs, and only added to that championship roster this season when they acquired Oberto, Finley, and Nicky Van exel...but I do believe we're the 2nd best team in the West, and likely, a top 5 team overall...we'll just have to wait and see...
