ok... so this is sorta speculation since i dont know what is gonna happen with alston healthy, but hopefully bowen stops playing. so rate the bench

i guess those are the only ones worth mentioning. i dont believe bowen is worth mentioning, but jvg does so he makes it onto the list.

rate them as a whole 1-10.

will this bench be good enough to help make us contenders come playoff time?

This bench's enough for us to make playoffs. But we'll suck in playoffs.

Barry: 6
Bowen: 2
Swift: 7

10 is for the best backups in the league.

Our bench is decent. The problem is that three of our starters aren't much better than their backups.

Demiloy

Luther Head and Stromile both get a 7

Derek Anderson gets a 6.5.

Poor Deke, he's so out of form. He only gets a 6.

And Bowen, well Bowen gets a 3, mainly for his effort.

Ryan Bowen: 5 - love his airballs
Jon Barry: 6 - good backup, but not formidable
Deke: 6 - he's old. and that sucks, cuz Deke was far better than Yao when he was young
Swift: 7 -yeah baby, this guy is starting to get it done
Derek Antlerswitch(yeah, good one ) - 7 - he gets it going

So, I say it's 7.50.
Not a very good one though, and we need some more power playing.
