Interesting question. Probably Yes, because it would be hard to justify letting him go if we advanced. The real question would be contract extension talks!

I would have to say a resounding YES. There was no way the Rockets should have lost that series. You can't lose a game 7 at home! But I do think that Van Gundy was the scapegoat and that McGrady is more to blame for the loss.

I think JVG would be back if we won. We'll probably go as far as the WCF with JVG.

Unless we won the championship (or at the very least got to the finals I would want a new coach)
I said I was torn between dropping JVG & keeping him because:
I wanted JVG was because he was someone I though could get us a championship
And I didnt want JVG because I anted a more exciting type of play.

I no longer believe JVG can get us a championship.

Like Hroz said, only if we won the championship. However, I think there would be a fifth year if we were where the Jazz's are right now in the conference final although they are going to be eliminate on Wednesday.
