I think I am more excited to hear this than I am concerned. Nice to see the guys taking practices so serious.

The only thing that would concern me was if guys got seriously hurt going at each other in practice. Can someone find out who is on each team (black/white)? Man, I am fired up for the season!

I don't see this as a good thing. HB, how do you know it's mostly Francis and James?

Anytime people are really going at each other in practice, it's a great thing. So many teams can't get motivated at all... the rockets are going to start the season on fire.

I was thikning the same thing, but my only concern is if they carry there grudges into a actual game that would really suck.

If it's involving Francis or James, you knew it was bound to happen sometime. Good to let it out early I guess. At least this shows that these guys are taking it seriously. I'm expecting a lot out of the Rockets this year.
