When it rains, it pours :-(

I dare someone beat me on a worse week then i just had.

I thought it got bad when my ice hockey team lost in a tournament, we were by far the best team, we controled each game, and beat argueably the 2nd best team in the semi-final 4-1, but went to the final, thinking if we just show up, we will get the trophy and the prize. Well, after 10 minutes, down 3-0. We make it 3-2, but they were coming strong, our defense couldn't skate well and we lost, 5-3. I scored a goal and assist, but did absolutly nothing in the 3rd. So, Wed night i went home thinking this was a horrid week, we're ending this team after the season because guys are leaving for school, other commitments and sponsership problems, we wanted to win all 3 trophys possible, but lost the thanksgiving tourny, this charity tourny and now need to win league playoffs to win atleast one trophy and if we do we go to erie, pa for a tournament with teams from the region. But yeah, sucks losing, esspcially after 4 years on the team, you know you're the best and nothing to show for it.

Thursday, i get fired from work. Long story. Manager always gives cashiers his code (for voids, rainchecks, returns, price-mods, open up the drawer) and we used them, he trusts the cashiers. I was promoted and i gave away my codes. Corp figured out, looked into the books, saw what we did and fired all 4 cashiers, my manager and me. 3 people remain.

Friday night, i go to the bar with my girlfriend. I have a few beers because the weather is very bad, but im 100% able to drive home, since im driving my gf trust me, i was ok... i hit a massive deer on the way. Wrecks my car. Windsheild, hood, engine, mirror... over $1200 in damages.

Tonight, Pacers won, i was not able to see it, but the Buffalo Sabres lost. WTF!

yeah i know.... 3.5 years at the job, i was prolly 5-7 months away from being promoted to manager when the eckard deal to become rite aid finalizes. I worked for rite aid and in 5-7 months all eckards will either shut down or change names to rite aid.
