Reggie Miller vs Knicks in the playoffs

(First round; Knicks win 3-1. Miller: 31.5 ppg)
• Game 1 (April 30 @ MSG): Miller scores 32, including 17-for-17 from the line, but Knicks win 107-104.
• Game 3 (May 4 @ Indiana): The "head butt" game. Miller scores 36 as the Pacers win their only game of the series, 116-93. John Starks head-butts Miller in the third quarter, resulting in Starks' ejection.
• Game 4 (May 6 @ Indiana): Knicks wrap up series with a 109-100 OT win, but Miller scores 33.
1994
(Eastern Conference finals; Knicks win 4-3. Miller: 24.7 ppg)
• Game 4 (May 30 @ Indiana): Miller scores 31 as the Pacers win 83-77 to even the series at 2 after losing the first two games at MSG.
• Game 5 (June 1 @ MSG): Of all the "Miller games," this is the most memorable. He scores 25 of his game-high 39 points in the fourth quarter as the Pacers take a 3-2 series lead with a 93-86 comeback win before a stunned MSG crowd. Miller hits five 3-pointers in the fourth quarter.
• Game 7 (June 5 @ MSG): Miller scores 25, but, with Charles Oakley contesting the shot, he misses a potential game-winning 3 in the final five seconds, then commits a controversial flagrant foul on Starks to all but seal Knicks' series-clinching win.
1995
(Eastern Conference semifinals; Pacers win 4-3. Miller: 22.6 ppg)
• Game 1 (May 7 @ MSG): Miller caps a 31-point game by scoring eight points over an 8.9-second span, wiping out a six-point Knicks lead and giving the Pacers a series-opening 107-105 win.
• Game 7 (May 21 @ MSG): After scoring 21, 23 and 18 points in the previous three games, Miller scores a game-high 29 as the Pacers win 97-95. New York's Patrick Ewing missed a layup in the closing seconds.
1998
(Eastern Conference semfinals; Pacers win 4-1. Miller: 24.6 ppg)
• Game 4 (May 10 @ MSG): After averaging 20.3 points in the first three games, Miller scores 38 -- including a last-second 3 to force OT -- as the Pacers win 118-107 and take a 3-1 series lead. A quintessential Miller moment comes in the final seconds of regulation. With the Knicks up 102-99, Rik Smits misses a short runner. But Chris Mullin dives for the loose ball in front of the Knicks bench, flips to Mark Jackson at the top of the circle, who finds Miller on the left wing for a game-tying 3 with 5.9 seconds left.
• Game 5 (May 13 @ Indiana): Miller scores 24 as the Pacers win 99-88.
1999
(Eastern Conference finals; Knicks win 4-2. Miller: 16.2 ppg)
• Game 2 (June 1 @ Indiana): Despite being held to just one field goal over the final three quarters, Miller hits two free throws with 2.2 seconds left to give the Pacers an 88-86 win. Miller finishes with 16 points. Ewing missed a wide-open 16-footer at the buzzer, his final shot before he was sidelined for the rest of the playoffs with an Achilles' tendon injury.
• Game 6 (June 11 @ MSG): Miller goes 3-of-18 from the field and scores eight points as the eighth-seeded Knicks win East title with a 90-82 victory.
2000
(Eastern Conference finals; Pacers win 4-2. Miller: 21.8 ppg)
• Game 6 (June 2 @ MSG): After being held to 19.4 ppg over the first five games, Miller scores a game-high 34 (5-of-7 on 3-pointers) -- including 17 in the fourth quarter -- to give the Pacers their first Eastern Conference crown with a series-clinching 93-80 win. It's the last of Miller's nine career 30-point-plus playoff scoring games vs. the Knicks.

I'm glad Indystar did this. It's great to notice how every year Miller did something to New York in the playoffs.
