Ike Diogu

This will be the first work out of the off season for the Pacers. With the Bender trade rumors and us not working out anyone, I thought the deal was almost finished. Now, since we've worked out a player who should be picked around the 17, it seems as if the chances for the trade are less likely.

Draftcity has Ike at 15

NBADraft has Diogu at 21

I don't really want a PF with our large amount of big men and lack aof depth at the 2/3, but if the confidence in Croshere is going down, then Ike could turn out to be a nice backup for Jermaine O'Neal. I've been reading very nice things about him.

He sounds like Ben Wallace with an offensive game. I still think we should draft a defensive stopper PG.

Its sounds more and more like the Pacers are either trying to
to grab a rising European Star like Yaroslav Korolev
Or Grab a Swingman who is a slasher and has somewhat of a perimeter game. Perhaps Joey Graham.

I do not believe Bender or Croshere are going anyware to many GM around the league know the problems Bender has we are a few years to late on this trade.
