He gotta go. I dont care if we waive him or trade him for KG, but he gotta go. He hurts the team more than he helps. He's a bad locker room guy (always negatiive and pointing fingers) and on offense, a black hole. He just keeps the ball, taking up valuable shot clock time, and then chucks up a long 2 which misses. On my city league team, there is a guy exactly like him, and as a player, you don't like playing with his ballhogging, badshottaking self. Trade him or waive him.

You really can't waive people in the NBA like that. A Tim Thomas in his last contract year is one thing, but even if we waive the guy we'll be paying Jax $7-9 mill per season over the next half decade. He should actually be pretty easy to trade with his low salary and good production.
