Thumbs down Reggie Miller

I say drop him after we lose in the first round, what do you guys think? He's washed up, he's not that clutch anymore and all he really does is shoot and so far he hasn't shown anything in the playoffs and he takes up cap space that could be used in a better way. I say we keep Tinsley and O'Neal, get a new coach and build around that

i think he thought this series was a walk and let his motivation lessen....and when you aren't at the top of your game...nighty night. He may be hurt too.

It's not good to underestimate a team, I know this from personal experience. It's also not good to underestimate Pierce and Walker., especially Pierce.

If the Pacers dont resign Reggie then Im done as a Pacer fan. Reggie made this franchise and it would be the biggest stab in the back if they didnt live out their end of the deal in his twilight years. Even if hes not going to be a big part in our future, we owe it to him to keep him on until he decides its time to quit. He wont be asking for much money this year, and hes always a good guy to have when you need someone to take a shot.

I still say drop him, he's the past, live in the present

Im all for the present, but at the very least we owe it to him to let him ride it out to the end. Im against throwing away a player who stuck it out with the team just because hes not a top player anymore. In a few years he'll be in the front office of the team or something. He wont be getting all that much playing time anyways. The team is Jermains now but that doesnt mean that Reggie should be throw out into the cold.

reggie has done some unbelievable things in his career, and some pretty amazing stuff in this season to help the pacers win. He is mr all time supreme playoff clutch. If the pacers dont want him there will be many many many teams out there looking for a clutch shooter who can consistantly fill em up. If dell curry could play for so long reggie definatly can.

I think reggie is just hurt. Thats why he is being a little tentitive. Pacers have to get rid of harrington, mercer and bender. All these guys get killed on D. Even an aging reggie can hold his ground beter on D.

I agree with most of that except the part about Harrington getting beat on D. Hes a great defender, second best on our team.
