Veteran Help at PG?

Apparently Donnie Walsh wants some Veterans at point, heres some info

Question: Donnie Walsh said they need some veteran help at the guard position and some players who can drive to the basket and create for themselves. Who are some players the Pacers might be able to get and who do you think they will have to give up to get them? (Patrick from Fishers, Ind.)
Answer: That's a tough one. So many teams will have coaching changes that there could be a lot of roster movement as new coaches try to construct the roster to their liking. It's difficult to guess who might be available at this point.
Atlanta is likely to make changes, and Jason Terry is attractive to many teams. He'll be in the final year of his rookie contract, though, so because he doesn't have a high salary (by NBA standards) it would be difficult to get equal value for him. He probably would have to be included in a larger deal in which the Hawks unloaded a big contract or two.
* Chicago has two young and promising point guards in Jamal Crawford and Jay Williams. They played well together late last season, but many people believe they'll trade one of them before long. I know Donnie Walsh liked Williams very much when Williams was in college and he's not likely to be scared off by his disappointing rookie season.
* Nick Van Exel is owed $24 million over the next two seasons, and Dallas might want to move him if it doesn't win a championship this season. But I don't see him as the type of point guard who would help the Pacers, as great a scorer as he can be.
* Gilbert Arenas might be available in a trade, but he's also said to be looking to sign with Denver as a free agent.
* Andre Miller's future with the Clippers is uncertain, and he could become available.
* Gary Payton is a free agent, but wants to stay out West.
* Damon Stoudamire probably will be available but his salary over the next two years, totaling $25 million, is prohibitive. He has history with Isiah Thomas, who drafted him in Toronto, but I question whether Stoudamire's style of play is right for the Pacers.
* Sacramento has two very good point guards in Mike Bibby and Bobby Jackson. Jackson becomes a free agent after two more seasons, so they might want to make a trade rather than risk losing him outright. He only makes $2.9 million next season, however, so it would be difficult to trade him for equal value unless he's part of a bigger package.
* There are other players who could be valuable backups, such as Darrell Armstrong, Jeff McInnis, Speedy Claxton and Kevin Ollie.

If we did get one of these guys, who would you like on the team? I would like to have Gilbert Arenas in a Pacers uniform.

I'd like Jason Terry, Bobby Jackson, or Jamaal Crawford in that order. They are all pretty good point guard who can create their own shot (what I think this team need most) at an affordable cost.
