The Pacers lost their fourth consecutive double-digit game Friday, 115-90 in Phoenix, and will try to avoid a season-long fifth in a row tonight in Los Angeles against the Clippers. In the streak, the Pacers have lost by an average of nearly 19 per game as both the offense and defense have struggled badly.

A change to the starting lineup might be in order. The starters have been outscored in six consecutive games. In the streak, they've been outscored 318-257, an average deficit of 15.3 points. In the last 10, they've been outscored 822-712, an average deficit of 11.0 points. The Pacers dropped seven of those games.

The good news is the Pacers are facing the only team they've held below 100 in the last four weeks. They beat the Clippers 94-80 at home on Feb. 11, and Los Angeles likely will be without its top two point guards, as Sam Cassell is nursing a groin strain and backup Shaun Livingston was recently lost for the season with a serious knee injury.

KEY MATCHUPS

If Cassell can't go because of his tender groin, the Clippers will be left with No. 3 point guard Daniel Ewing and D-League signee Will Conroy. In that event, the Pacers will need to exploit the Clippers' smaller backcourt and take full advantage of their superior depth.

I watched the first quarter and part of the 2nd, but fell asleep before halftime. Dunleavy trying to save the ball and running into a hug from his father was cool. Otherwise, it wasn't too great of a game. As I was falling asleep, I think we were letting them go on a run.

Tinsley led the way with 16 pts, 3 rbs, 5 asts, and a steal on 7-15 shooting, 2-4 from 3.
Dunleavy got all 8 of his points in the first half, but none in the 2nd. 4-7 shooting.
O'Neal- 9 pts, 4 rbs, 2 asts, 1 stl, 1 blk on 3-13 shooting. At least he kept his block streak alive.
Shawne Williams- 8 pts on 3-9 shooting, 2-6 from 3.

wow, i didn't remember there was a game. the pacers forgot too.
with players like daniels hurting and baston going out with a dislocated toe, this team is going straight down the toilet. the lottery is looking more like reality now.
