1: PG
The situation is alarming. Tinsley is as good as gone, Armstrong might retire (or not), even McLeod is a FA. This must be our first priority in the offseason.

2: Shooting
At first sight we have a talented group of swingmen but they are very inconsistant. Granger can disappear at times, MD is often injured, Dunleavy is Dunleavy and we cant rely all on the raw sophomore Shawne William (give him time though, he'll deliver). We finished last place in FG% last season

3: Inside the paint
We're pretty loaded here, but with JO gone and Baston having an option this upcoming season we dont really have a good inside finisher. Murphy sometimes thinks he is a SF, and I've given up on Harrison to be honest.

But of course we're not losing JO + JT for nothing, so what are our best trade options so we can fill the holes?

Knicks can give us something like Nate, Francis, Crawford and Frye for JO, JT + filler?
Lakers can give us something in the line of Odom, Farmar and Kwame?
Sonics: Ridnour, R. Lewis and Wilcox?
Celts: al jefferson, d. west? we'll probably have to take Wally's contract though to even the salaries.

Tinsley has been as good as gone for about 3 years now. Don't count on it. Our FG% won't be last, but will be close. Granger needs to step up next year, point blank. If he doesn't we'll be at the bottom of the league for a while.

Personally I would love to see any of those deals to happen.
