Based on our current roster, what should our starting lineup look like?

Personally, I kinda disagree with Carlisle's starters. I like:

Tinsley
Daniels
Granger
O'Neal
Foster

I dunno why the coaches are so big on Foster anymore. This guy is a monster on rebounding, especially when he plays the whole game. Often times last season, we couldn't get a crucial rebound and I think Murphy is a weak rebounder. Also Daniels is one of our few scorers, so he needs to start over Dunleavy. Why not start Marquis and Jeff?

Because they're both high-energy guys, perfect for the bench. I wouldn't mind Foster starting over Murphy, mainly because I'm sick of Troy. I can deal with Dunleavy starting because he's a smart player and great role player, but Troy can't compliment JO so much if they're both shooting jump shots and not rebounding.

SF- Granger
SG- Dunleavy
PG- Tinsley

Murphy's likely to keep his starting job, however, since O'Brien also likes shooting from all areas. Expect JO to start at C and Murphy at PF this year.

Because the problem is. If we are playing jeff foster we are playing the other team 4 on 5. Allthough he is great at rebounding his defense is subpar and we all know his history of making baskets. He is a great bench player and gets the team sparked when we need him to.

I do agree a healthy quis should be starting. He was playing great ball right before his injury problems last season. We started our downward spindle last season when he got injured.

Murphy will not be as bad this year as he was last. The way he will be playing now is more his style and I belive he will be able to put up his 15 a game that we need from him. Hopefully dick harter can teach him what defense is and he will be a good player.
