He sees a player who gave him headaches when he coached against Indiana because Tinsley’s craftiness with the ball made him difficult to defend. He sees a player who is capable of running an up-tempo offense.

I don't mind Tinsley staying....Now Murphy, and Dunleavy...that's another story......

i know he can perform at a high level in the NBA
murphy and dunleavy...?

and if Bird would have traded tinz for some bums i woulda started a riot

Well, realistically I don't see that there's a whole lot of choice, so I'm glad everyone's happy

He is one of their better players, so it's not a bad thing.

That's sort of relative. It's not a bad thing that he's playing since he's one of their better players. It's not a good thing that he's their best PG, IMO.
