Well, with Armstrong out with an injury, Gill is back on the Nets team. How was he as a PG for this team? I always remmeber him and James Jones killing the Nets when they played them but that's all I saw.

Here is something you can't understand

Pacers Fan

Gill was awesome. He's a fun player to have off the bench and quickly became my favorite Pacer.

Pros on offense:

*Decent shooter with nice form. Most of his jumpers were generally open, though
*Is very quick, so he can penetrate the defense
*Decent at driving and dishing

Cons on offense:

*Not a very good ball handler, especially in pressure situations. He can't handle a press at all.
*Makes a few bad decisions with the ball and overall won't wow you with his passing skills
*Shoots too much, but that's common of most scrubs: they want to make the stat sheet
*Won't be able to run the offense, but he's good for some occasional plays

Pros on defense:

*Quick and surprisingly strong for a guy his size, so he has good isolation defense
*Always tries hard
*Good eye for the ball, but doesn't gamble too much
*Has a cool forehead

Cons:

*Might be too weak, depending on the person he's guarding

He's basically your typical SG in a PG's body, but he does have decent PG abilities. Don't expect him to run the offense, but he can contribute.
