Anthony Johnson's game
Well I know we haven't won yet, but his game against the Nuggets has been very impressive, if he can keep up this kind of play him and Tinsley should make a great PG duo. Honestly though I think this is just a lucky game for him, I don't have much confidence in him yet.

I don't want to sound cocky, but i knew he'd be good. He was a OK backup in New Jersey and he must have learned TONS from Jason Kidd. From the games i did see where he played for the Nets he played well. He was mocked alot on this board in the off-season, but i knew this guy would be good.

I never thought about the fact that he played with Jason Kidd in practices a lot. I'm sure Kidd was a great role model for what a PG should be. I hope AJ continues to produces, but I'm a Tinsley fanboy so I want him to do better, lol.

I know there is a Game-Day topic but i figured i'd post this here. 8-9 shooting, 3-5 from the line, 21 points (season high!), 7 assists and only one turnover! Very very impressive.
Speeking of turnovers, Kenny Anderson who played 17 minutes (compared to AJ's 34), Anderson had 4 turnovers.
Johnson is a very solid PG, not a starter, but one of the better backups in the league i must say. Very impressed with him. And people wanted Omar Cook to be the backup! lol

I have found a new respect for AJ and I hope he continues to produce, I've never really had a prob with him, I just don't like Kenny Anderson. Maybe the PG we've been talking about so long to push Tinsley is right under are noses, maybe AJ can do the job.

I've always thought anthony johnson was pretty good and I think they should play him a bit more, maybe after tonight they will
If different people keep on continuing to step up on the Pacers...there is no way we can't win a Championship

I remember AJ killing us against the Nets by hitting crucial shots. In the offseason, I didn't really bash him, but I didn't know who he was. Then after seeing his picture I realised.

Yeah, I think I remember that, the only person I remember you bashing was Scot Pollard and you were right about him, lol. I barely know anything about Anthony Johnson, but he looks like he is out of shape.
