The teams in Group B that will kick off their campaign tonight:

The Big 3.

Netherlands vs. Denmark, June 9, 12 p.m. ET, Metalist Stadium

Germany vs. Portugal, June 9, 2:45 p.m. ET, Arena Lviv

These could easily all be QF games, what a treat to have them on the second night of the Tournament.

I've got Holland and then a score draw.

Although I had an epiphany late last night that Ronaldo might go bonkers at this tournament and drag Portugal all the way.

Oh and I went for East Coast times on the bill in case anyone was wondering. How considerate of me, I know.

Yeah, I also think this is a very good possibility. Hell, he nearly did it 8 years ago as a teenager. And that Portugal defense might be the strongest in the tournament with Coentrao, Pepe, Bruno Alves, and one of those underrated young keepers that seem to be dominating the game these days. Of course it wouldn't surprise me if the back line picks up a red card or two in the group stage either.

I won't be able to see the Germany vs. Portugal game. Maybe I'll try to find a torrent when I get back from work, although I have to be up early tomorrow to make a beer run before the first game, so I probably won't.

Yeah, Schweinsteiger was nursing an injury and just got back into action last week. He's a go today though.
