I'm a longtime member of the Foxsports Blogging Community.
I've written several feature articles for RealGM and has been featured at ESPN and alongside NBA analysts Charley Rosen and Mike Kahn at Foxsports.
I love basketball. While many basketball fans enjoy the month of March, I prefer the months of April, May, and June. My favorite team is the Los Angeles Lakers. However, my loyalty to the Lakers will not prevent me from giving my unbiased opinion on each and every team and player in the league. I look forward to productive chats, heated debates, and honest opinions.
Whats up Baller! Fellow Laker fan here. I think you will like it here... Its not just a bunch of random posts by a bunch of idiots. People actually put out well thought out opinions here....well, at least more than the other forums Ive seen
So, do we trade Odom in a sign and trade for Artest and Kenny Thomas???

Thanks again for the welcome.
I've coveted Artest for a long time. I think he's a game changer. But I don't think Sacramento would bite on that trade proposal. I tend to believe that if the Kings trade Ron-Ron it will be for young talent in an attempt to rebuild. Our best chance of nabbing Artest is for him to play out his contract and convince him to sign with LA once he becomes a free agent.
Do you think Magic is better than Jordan? There seems to be a small cult that thinks so.
That cult is wrong. I don't think Magic is better than Jordan. But I think he's the only guy who comes close. Everyone remembers Magic winning 5 rings. But few people know that he played in nine NBA Finals.
I've always thought about being a sports writer (nba only though) and I was wondering, is it a demanding job? I always thought that there doesn't need to be very many, and that if I majored in journalism and became one (or tried to) that I wouldn't find much work.

If you seriously are considering it as a career, you should try find out a little more about it. I studied Sport Journalism at University for a year but decided it wasn't for me.
If you want to specifically be an NBA writer, there are quite a few opportunites. Each team has quite a few beat writers that are dedicated to that team, also local/national newspaper require specialised writers for specific sports. Work is out there trust me.
Afterall, it would be a much more realistic goal than you becoming the next DJ Augustin
