Names Dillon. Been playing basketball since I was a kid. Was an Army Infantryman until I got out this May. Born and raised in Chicago as a Bulls fan. My support has gone more to the Pistons recently as I enjoy watching their late 80's/ early 90's games so much. I currently am working/learning to install drapery/shutters/blinds. Hopefully I can save up long enough doing this to buy my dream car, a 1970-75 Ford LTD.

Spent a few hours scouring the internet for a basketball forum to be my home and this one looked the homiest. Glad to be here and cant wait to discuss NBA/NCAA with you guys.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm pretty sure my father would disown me if he knew I enjoy watching the Pistons. In my opinion though, one can be a fan of and respect BOTH the Bulls and Pistons and both great players like Jordan and Thomas. I see no reason why great ball playing cant be appreciated from BOTH ends.

I think like last year, it's a team composed of average to decent ball players who given another 2-3 years of play time, could easily perfect the fundamentals of the game, get the teams chemistry looking eye to eye and make it to the championship. Something that caught me off guard was the young Andre Drummond being in the lineup. At 6'10 and 270 pounds, he was born only 5 days after me which puts him at 19 years of age. I certainly wish I was where he is at this point in his life, and at such a young age.


That been said, I'm eager and exited to see how the boys develop as a team throughout the next few years. It could go great, or not so great. Only time will tell.

Also, I'm pretty sure the entire Pistons lineup is stoned out of their minds tonight, lol.
