so lowering block and steal ratings would have no impact? I don't think its a huge concern either, I would just like the sim (or future version of the sim) to better mirror the NBA.

All of the block and steal ratings are based on players' actual numbers on a per minute basis. Also, the sim handles the normalization of ratings and is in charge of what a 99 rating actually produces when it comes to numbers. There's no guarantee that by lowering a lot of ratings it wouldn't just make the top steals guys become even better, or maybe even shift it so that those lowered block and steal ratings would produce about the same results.

I think it would be possible to improve it, but it would take a lot of time to tweak and figure out how to get settings just right. scarface might know better, I dunno.

Zvonko 23.5 ppg, 7.4 rpg, 2.9 apg, 1.4 spg, 2.4 bpg, 1.3 topg .48/.84/.50
D. Lee 15.3 ppg, 8.9 rpg, 2.7 apg, .9 spg, 2.5 topg .52/.83

Kevin Martin now has two of three 50 point games in the rebooted KVBL (Monta Ellis the other). He also had 49 at one point last year. Amar'e had three 48 point games last season.

An Amar'e/KMart duo would be fun to see.

How do the projected rankings even work. I wouldn't put too much weight on them, there's no way I'm going 67 - 15 this season...

I think they compile the advanced stats and work out how good a team is. I didn't put much weight in them but they had your Nets pretty much on course from the get go even though you kind of stuttered out of the gates. Now you're bossing it just like the projections said you would.

Back to back scoring champions for the Sixers, although KD played half of the season for Toronto of course.

Knicks and Bobcats matched their expected win total exactly in the East, Spurs managed that in the West.
