Kenneth,

Good Evening! I wanted to put my name also on the waiting list for a team if one should happen to become available before the 2011 season begins.

I have participated in fantasy basketball leagues before on websites like ESPN, Fantrax, & CBSsportsline. Would really like to get into a Dynasty/Keeper league for this up coming season and beyond.

I started thinking that if the waiting list gets larger, we should bring back the Assistant GM thing to get new people involved. This would only be optional for teams that want an assistant or want to mentor someone, what do you guys think?

Yep, GM applications are a good idea. Put an application in and let current owners 'hire' them until a team comes open. Then they can have someone to talk over ratings, strategies, cap and DC stuff with and can actually negotiate trades without having the pressure of final say so from the jump.

I apologize but the only rosters I could pull up were from 1999, and it was showing a draft in progress. I really would like to fill 1 of the 3 team openings in the NBSL but I can't get to the 2011 rosters to choose one.

Is there a different link I can check?

jiggles has let me know that post-FA the Bobcats should get a new owner.

Regarding the Pacers, I PMed KK about taking 'em back, and he hasn't gotten back to me. So if anybody knows anyone that'd be interested in taking a team, it's a good time for it.

Hey, I have a ton of experience with JSB and I'm very interested in joining this league. I was in a JSB league from 2002-2008 as an active GM, and also helped the commish with numerous side projects(summer leagues, columns). I'm not sure if it's necessary but I do own the JSB program and am familiar with it.

Most of my communication is done through email, just because it's easier for me(linked to my phone). I can download AIM or whatever messaging program you guys prefer.
