You basically get rewarded with being able to create exactly who you want... And rewarded for losing?

Completely kills any randomness IMO

A different idea would be actually compensating those who WIN and allow them to edit ratings in a minor scale like progressions.

That at least compensates winning over losing... But I don't like the idea of editing ratings.

probably a better idea for a new league since some won't want the major change 20 seasons in. Course then you'd need someone to run that league. With a new league you could just let people make their whole teams instead of a fantasy draft though, which would be pretty cool.

I like the potential of this idea, even if I think it needs some tweaking to be feasible. I might even try and incorporate it into the new JSB league I'm sure I'll eventually run on this site.

Problem is doesn't JSB try to normalize the stats via progressions and regressions so you might have some really messy resulting stats.

Sounds like a really extensive "testing" process would need to occur.

Seems like Dre should tackle this immediately.

I don't think the TC "normalization" would affect a league full of created players any differently than any other league.
