Clippers essentially will just swap Rhodes/Senghor
NOT the worst signing IMO, albeit lack of team options always can haunt you. Senghor is super young with a nice low foul rate and usuable whereas the awful contracts everyone is noting weren;t nec for the most "High Quality" Guys...see also Norris, Porter, Cannon

He could also regress. The point is right now he's not worth even worth 10 million a year. Hell, I'd have a hard time offering him MLE with no options.
