Exactly. He's the same age as the rest of my core and (generally speaking) has progressed well, plays good defense, and is a solid all around player with a couple of flaws that can be covered for.

In Goulet's position I'd have matched, but I had to make sure he at least thought about it.

That hasn't happened for a while now Porn. My efforts to build around Xerxes were screwed when Torre and Senghor hit RFA over the past few seasons. Those two guys were completely overpaid tho. At least you can make the argument for Rhett here.

Only certain GMs seemed to have the balls to do it, even last year still saw plenty of guys adding team options.

Well, it happened to me with LeMychal Thomas also. Senghor has been worth every penny to me.

Oh man I was not clear enough with my offer, that's a bummer. Ty Will getting a boatload of money wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but that's definitely my fault. Shame on me for not wanting to do math late at night after drinking and just saying "the remaining amount".

Black at 12 per is a nice bargain though. By the way KJ, Ozer has a team option in 2nd year.
