Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City

Kind of a reverse panic move for me.

Wanted to keep the POR pick and have the cap space but IMO the west can be won and a lineup of Bishop/Everett/Ozer/Yoruba/Moncova rivals anyone out west.

Figure Moncova would be as good if not better than anyone else avail in FA so why not make a run.

Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City

You could have split the picks. One for me for Everett and one to secreast for Moncova.

Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City

Eh. Moncova is flippable if I decide to go in that direction.

Picks don't guarantee a thing but Moncovas body of work is what it is.

Once I figure out how to piece together the new squad I think we can make some noise in the west.

Give me some credit for actually trying to improve my team by adding players rather than intentionally losing to do so

We shall see.

Loving this trade even more after the Blazers caught the injury bug.

That's why you should have traded it to me. It wouldn't have happened.

Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City

Everett is younger and owed less money than Moncova. 2 reasons you gave me why you wouldn't trade a first for everett. "I don't want to give up my picks for a 29 year old..."

And then you give up 2 picks for Moncova.

Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City

Moncova is one of the best centers in the league. Everett is a spot starter. Let's not be ridiculous.
