Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City
Kind of a reverse panic move for me.
Wanted to keep the POR pick and have the cap space but IMO the west can be won and a lineup of Bishop/Everett/Ozer/Yoruba/Moncova rivals anyone out west. Figure Moncova would be as good if not better than anyone else avail in FA so why not make a run.

Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City
You could have split the picks. One for me for Everett and one to secreast for Moncova.

Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City
Eh. Moncova is flippable if I decide to go in that direction.
Picks don't guarantee a thing but Moncovas body of work is what it is. Once I figure out how to piece together the new squad I think we can make some noise in the west. Give me some credit for actually trying to improve my team by adding players rather than intentionally losing to do so ![]() We shall see.

Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City
That's why you should have traded it to me. It wouldn't have happened.

Re: Trade: Boston and Oklahoma City
Everett is younger and owed less money than Moncova. 2 reasons you gave me why you wouldn't trade a first for everett. "I don't want to give up my picks for a 29 year old..."
And then you give up 2 picks for Moncova.
