Out of curiosity...if the Lakers traded a lotto protected pick to the Thunder, then the Thunder could deal that same pick with identical protection right? Because if it the condition was met, the Lakers would just give their next pick to the team that the Thunder traded with...correct?

Not sure if this applies, just wondering if that would be legal.

It would be an issue under most circumstances, but omer and Goulet have an agreement on how/when he'll get the pick in case the Lakers do end up lotto bound.

I don't think it'll be an issue (Lakers in playoffs most likely), but even if they do it's all under control.
