Roturn liked Kilmartin, that's pretty much how the discussion got us to the point it did. Quote:

Kilmartin is just 26 and he's improved every season he has been in the league. Akers might go the other way and be one of those guys that doesn't reach his potential.

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
thats why you are such a bad GM , you think Kilmartin is a good player....
Akers is 19 years old , he WILL be a legit starter in this league.

He is a SF only that can't rebound, can't pass and doesn't get steals. He can score but not at high enough % since that's all he does. I'm just wondering why Prince hasn't started up the rape memes yet.....

You know his ratings for in a couple seasons? Awesome, please pass them on. Quote:
Kilmartin is SG/SF too and has really impressive 1-9's for either position which will be essential come playoff time. His %'s are going to be fine as well, that's just more bullshit you're spewing, he has solid ratings in that department. He's an elite scorer whichever way you look at him and exactly what Roturn wanted.

Definitely not getting all the Kilmartin hate. It's kind of funny actually.

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
its a rape trade.
Not the biggest rape, but still... Lets take a look at his numbers since this is his first year as a starter 26 ppg hey not bad at all 40% from the field meh could be better 35% from 3 not bad either Now this is where it gets ugly 0.9 rebs per game hmmmm BRUTAL 0.09 Asts per game ouch 0.9 steals for a good defender ewwwwww doesn't even try to block a shot ever. Please stop acting like you actually think Kilmartin is a fair deal here

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
This is stupid
Kilmartin 38 minutes per game Akers 22.5 Akers is an elite shot blocker above average rebounder and has a good shooting % Akers has a way higher upside, and is way more valuable for any team. You can try to spin any way you want, but I'd say 100% of gm's that have been around for a couple seasons don't even think about this doing this deal.

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
So you're finally admitting that you clearly came out on top of this trade, and took advantage of the situation. That's all I wanted to hear.

Return is the GM of the Cavs. For all of 1 day before that trade. Was it even a full 24 hours?! He has zero time to assess. Neither JayK or even KJ do this for Cavs. Trade the 8th pick in a very nice draft for a soso vet. It's the timing... And for a vet GM to pry away a newbies youngest asset is just poor. Is it the biggest rape... Maybe not. But it's sharky as hell as pretty poor that to win you need to pounce on a brand new GM the day he joins cuz no one else will agree to your awful trade proposals.

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
Even if it was better for him than for me. I wanted a scoring wing. I got a scoring wing.
My bigs are solid and I needed a wing more.
