Roturn is a FRSL veteran, he knows the ratings so your hypothesis is complete bullshit Goulet, not to mention disrespectful to both Roturn and myself.

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
Lol @ Porn comparing FRSL to here.
Clearly different talent evaluations. And yes if this trade is indicative of Roturn being a so called veteran that's poor.

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
Even KJ stated to kick it off that he would have vetoed this but didn't to teach Roturn for future talent evaluations.

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
Matt Kilmartin is a player that is only useful for tanking like Ortiz. He has zero trade value unless a team is using him to tank. Cavs could have kept the worse record with Akers considering they had the worst or 2nd worst record with Akers.
Ratings are completely different depending on what the base average is. Any owner in JSB knows this, especially the KVBL ones which have been around the longest. FRSL owners are less likely to know this, bc they only have one league as a baseline. Ratings def mean diff things depending on how commish structures average ratings. IE reb regularly declines in TC in KVBL, but rarely does so in FRSL because rookies are toned down in terms of extremes of ratings. Player value changes are also very diff depending how commishes structures rookie on avg based on what I said previously. 2g% historically maintains in FRSL based on rookies, in KVBL usually decline 1 pt, sometimes more depending on strength of incoming rookies.

Re: Trade: Cleveland and London
Training camp and offseason progressions are two different things Porn, you obviously know this. Progressions at the end of the season should see his ratings go up, then during TC depending on the rookie class, they will go down slightly to normalize the league average (but 90% of players will see this decrease so despite the less aesthetically pleasing ratings the impact of the lowered ratings are basically the same as they were right after progressions).
I'm shocked that there's anybody that's on the fence about this (here's looking at you Zei), the fact that KJ considered vetoing it because of how lopsided it was says all that needs to be said. Killmartin is a one trick pony who's been a complete underachiever since he was drafted and he was just traded for the 8th overall pick in last years draft. That's horrible value, and I don't see how anybody can dispute that. I have a feeling this trade is going to be bumped in two or three seasons and it's going to look even worse than it does now.
