Finally some movement....

Finally were getting some news/movement from the clippers camp. Most of the info probably isnt true, but at least its SOMETHING after hearing no news about the clippers for a while now.

ESPN first lists the clippers as one of 2-3 teams who are interested in possibly getting Swift. They said that the clippers possibly would get him with the 17th pick should they trade with the hawks.

LA Times also reports that many teams have contacted the clippers about a trade, with charlotte even saying that they were pretty sure they were going to get the 2nd pick. I dont see how thats possible since as they also mentioned, charlotte has NO players right now, bt who knows...

Charlotte doesnt have any players, but they have the expansion list and would draft people specifically for the Clippers.

I think that is the most likely scenario.

Oh god. I hope thats not true about us drafting Swift if we get the 6 and 17 picks.

Why don't we make things easier for ourselves and take the best player for what we need and go home?

Read: Livingston.

Who says its easier than taking Ben Gordon?

He's physically more talented than Livingston. Sure Livingston is much taller, but he is much weaker as well. He isn't as athletic or quick as Gordon either.

Gordon is the better shooter, with more experience, and has the intangibles(work ethic, championship experience). He makes just as much sense, if not more.
