Ownership

All the clipper fans know that sterling isnt a good owner and is a tight wad should he sell and would you approve of it?:

I bring this question up because MJ is interested in buying a team

MJ is only interested in buying a portion of a team.

Also, he isnt any more successful as an owner than Sterling. He was part owner of the Clippers East, the Wizards.

I dont know of anyone else who i would want as an owner other than sterling. Maybe cuban. That guy knows how to turn a profit as well, and hes a funny character. BUt i like sterling.

Why would a fan like an owner because he turns a profit? He doesn't redirect it back onto you. The only thing you should be concerned about is how he manages the team, and the past has shown that he only wants an exciting team, one that will get fans in the seats, nothing more.

I am a fan of basketball, and i am a fan of business. You have to admire the moves sterling has made. almost all of them are immediately ridiculed when it happens, but most, down the road dont turn out that bad. Could he have gone out and spent big $$ taking a chance on high priced free agents that hadnt proven themselvse? most likely. But hes not a chance taker..he only likes rewarding proven players. You have to admire someone who has turned a team who loses every season into one of the most profitable franchises in the league.
